Fabio’s Restaurant, awarded by a star in the prestigious Michelin Guidebook, was one of them.
Here at home he introduced his art at the launching of the Fusion Restaurant (Crowne Plaza) together with Chef Saravan Gurusami. He was the chef at the Thermia Palace in Piešťany, a five star hotel. Thanks to him, that hotel won the EU hygiene and quality certificate.
